Eligibility for Refunds

• You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.

• Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, unless faulty.

How to Request a Refund

• Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

• Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
